    401 (K) Plan
    Helping you financially prepare for your future is important to us. We provide a 50% match of the first 12% of your contribution to the 401(k) plan.

    Health and Insurance
    We provide health, dental, and vision plan coverage. You may select a Care First plan under PPO or Opt-Out Open Access. The company pays 100% of the premium for employees' short/long term disability and life insurance.

    Education and Career Development
    Reimbursement of up to 100% of course expenses for pre-authorized work related courses. In addition to full tuition reimbursement, we encourage continuous profession development by allocating up to $1500 per year to support each employee's self-directed career plan. There's more. We pay you a bonus for obtaining professional certification -awards are given when you become certified, and upon successful completion of each examination leading to the certification.

    Employee-friendly work environment
    We support both a flextime work schedule and occasional telecommuting with prior manager approval. Work schedules with start times between 7:00 and 9:30 am are supported. We recognize that family needs may require employees to work at home from time to time. While we work hard, we also play hard--the company sponsors informal employee get-togethers several times a year.

    Employee Referral Program
    Depending on the position, this program awards you either $1,500 or $2,500 upon successful employment of friends or associates in a technical field.

    Bonus
    We believe in sharing our successes with employees. Based on the company meeting its financial objectives, we recognize each employee with a bonus for their commitment to excellence.

    Vacation and Holidays
    Employees enjoy ten paid holidays. In addition we provide three weeks of Personal Time Off, which includes Sick and Vacation days. This gives you the flexibility to use this time however you wish.

    Pre-Tax Benefits
    You may set up a Flexible Spending Account to set-aside pre-tax dollars to cover the cost of health care or dependent care. You may also use pre-tax dollars to purchase Metro cards in denominations of your choice.
