Richard Landry
President & CEO  

Richard L. Landry is the founder and CEO of Conquest Systems, Inc.  After forming the company in 1989 as a one-man operation, Mr. Landry grew Conquest Systems, Inc. into a Washington Techway Fast 50 company with locations throughout the D.C. Metro area.

With a client list that includes the United States Postal Service, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Federal Aviation Administration, other city and federal agencies, and private businesses, Conquest Systems, Inc., under Mr. Landry's leadership, has earned a reputation for providing timely, innovative, high-quality information management and e-Business solutions.

Before founding Conquest Systems, Inc., Mr. Landry worked for RJO Enterprises, where he led teams in successfully implementing nationwide Executive Information System (EIS) applications.  While with the District of Columbia Office of the Budget, he developed a Decision Support System, an EIS, and a Budgeting System.  As a Senior Consultant for Information Builders, Inc. and Associate Consultants, he developed solutions and led teams on projects for Philip Morris Co. and the U.S. Army.

Mr. Landry was recently appointed a member of the District Capital Alliance. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University.

Joseph Willis
President

Mr. Willis is a creative, energetic leader and entrepreneur with a proven record of driving corporate growth through market advantage, superior technology, and operational efficiency. He has served as Founder and President/CEO and of COIN Banking and Corporate Solutions International, Inc, as well as, he has served in key leadership roles in product strategy, providing leading edge products to the banking industry, with First Financial/First Data and Alltel Information Services, both Fortune 500 Companies.

As an expert in creating value through extraordinary focus, strong customer relationships and solution-based offerings, and with an instinct for both customer and product, he has a distinguished reputation for rapidly growing businesses to market dominance, in improving product vision and strategy.

His solid record of achievements is reflected in his astute management of joint venture and partner relationships, as well as an unblemished history of creating profit and shareholder value through successful sourcing, structuring, and leadership of the acquisition and disposition process.

Mr. Willis’ career began in public education, where he mentored and led both students and athletes to unparalleled levels of achievement. From there he served 12 years in key management roles with Burroughs Corporation, a Fortune 500 leader (now Unisys) in hardware, software and professional services.

Mr. Willis holds B.S. degree in Mathematics from Atlantic Christian.


Steven Braland
Director, Product Development

Steven Braland serves as Technical Director for all of Conquest Systems, Inc. product lines, as well as internal research and development. Mr. Braland acts as a Product Manager to the WebCEO product where his responsibilities include product strategy, direction and focus. Additionally, Mr. Braland works with other managers as a stakeholder in all product development efforts. Mr. Braland also provides architectural and technical support, aids in business development, and supports Conquest Systems Partner, VAR and affiliate programs. Mr. Braland joined Conquest Systems, Inc. in January of 1998 as Project Manager for the WebEIS contract at United States Postal Service. Mr. Braland led a highly technical team in providing USPS with a complex executive reporting tool that has since become the standard reporting tool at USPS. Mr. Braland provided technical and administrative support for the design, implementation and deployment of WebEIS.

Mr. Braland has an extensive background which covers over 16 years of highly sophisticated systems integration / custom software development / product development, complex systems development, and program / project management experience for Federal and Commercial clients. Prior to joining Conquest Systems, Inc., Mr. Braland developed several products including custom libraries and telephony applications. His background includes structured programming, OOA, OOP, DBA, and Networking.

Mr. Braland holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland.
